Ethylene Urea introduction：

The Ethylene Urea - also known as 2-Imidazolidinone – is mainly used in various kinds of formaldehyde removing formulations, such as high effect formaldehyde removing detergents and long-term formaldehyde dissolution intermediates. In the flavor and fragrance industry the product is used as release control agent. The pharma industry is using the product as intermediate for antibiotics such as Mezlocillin and Azlocillin.

Main users are the leather, rubber, fragrance and textile coating industry.

1.Resin production.

such as urea formaldehyde resin, phenolic formaldehyde resin and 

melamine-formaldehyde resin.

2. Water-based paint, oil paint and coating.

3.Adhesive and glue to remove formaldehyde.

5.Long-term formaldehyde dissolution intermediate

6.Rubber, leather and textile.

7.In pharmaceutical industry, it can be used as many kinds of antibiotics intermediate,  such as Mezlocillin, Azlocillin, it also can be used as intermediated of medicine for snail fever and basic material for 3G penicillin;

8.In biological industry, it can be used for producing growth regulator for plants, disinfectant, inhibitors, herbicide etc., such    N-chloroformyl-2-imidazolidinone,

N-ethoxyl-2-imidazolidinone, 1-metyl-2-imidazolidinone, 1-3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone, 1-acetyl-imidazolidinone etc.
