Hydroxypropyl starch also known as double denaturing glutinous rice flour, is made of acetic anhydride and hexanediic anhydride (12%) with starch and esterification, the double denaturation of starch, white to similar white powder, odorless, tasteless, insoluble in cold water, ethanol, iodine turn red brown.

Product Functional Category and Applications
