What is Vital Wheat Gluten ?
Vital Wheat Gluten, also known as active gluten powder, has a protein content of over 80% and a complete amino acid composition,making it a nutritious and cost-effective plant-based protein source. Gluten powder is mainly composed of wheat gluten protein with small molecular weight, spherical shape, and good extensibility, as well as wheat gluten protein with large molecular weight,fibrous shape, and strong elasticity.
