GPPS is defined by a specific set of physical and chemical properties:

Clarity:It is exceptionally transparent, allowing more than 90% of visible light to pass through, similar to glass.
Rigidity and Hardness:It is a very stiff and hard plastic, offering good dimensional stability.
Brittleness:This is its main weakness. GPPS has low impact strength and is prone to cracking or shattering under stress or impact.
Ease of Processing:It has a low melting point and flows easily when melted, making it ideal for injection molding and extrusion. It's one of the easiest plastics to process.
