High purest Creatine Monohydrate Powder 99.9%

Our Creatine monohydrate powder  standards far exceed those set by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and are verified through third-party batch testing to ensure the product is free from heavy metals and contaminants, providing sports enthusiasts with trusted transparency and quality.

Unlike standard products, this creatine monohydrate utilises a proprietary purification process that significantly reduces impurity levels and removes harmful by-products.

Whether you’re lifting weights in the gym or engaging in high-intensity training, this vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free creatine has been micro-powdered to significantly enhance solubility and absorption. Rigorously tested and formulated with purity in mind, it is the ideal choice for athletes striving for peak performance.

    1. What are the benefits of micro creatine monohydrate powder ?

In the field of creatine, micronisation can reduce particle size to 500 mesh (approximately 25 micrometres), significantly improving creatine solubility and eliminating the caking and gritty texture associated with traditional coarse powders. Solubility is enhanced by more than 30% compared to standard creatine, enabling faster absorption through the intestines. This technology is also applicable to sectors such as pharmaceuticals and food, where it improves bioavailability by increasing the specific surface area.

    2. How to select your best purest creatine monohydrate powder ?
    3. The impurities of DCD ( Dicyandiamide ), DHT ( Dihydrotriazine ) and Creatinine are the key factors to distinguish the quality good or bad .

    4. 1. The impurity one-------Dicyandiamide(DCD)
    5. Dicyandiamide (DCD): A ‘barometer’ of production quality

DCD is a precursor used in the synthesis of creatine; under normal purification processes, it should be almost entirely removed. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has stipulated that the level of DCD in finished creatine products must not exceed 50 mg/kg. However, standard creatine products frequently exceed this limit, with detected levels reaching over 100 mg/kg.

Although consuming a small amount of DCD will not cause immediate poisoning, animal studies have shown that long-term exposure to high concentrations of DCD may damage the liver and kidneys. More importantly, high DCD levels indicate that quality control during production was inadequate—this is a warning sign, suggesting that other purification steps may also have been neglected.

For someone consuming 5g of creatine daily, the exposure resulting from this level of DCD contamination is not significant. However, some people currently follow a regimen of taking 20g of creatine daily for five consecutive days (for example, to combat sleep deprivation or to improve cognitive function through high doses).  With this approach, the intake of impurities doubles, so the product must be of high purity during production.

From a regulatory perspective regarding the risks of DCD, the EFSA stipulates that if DCD is used solely as a food contact material, the maximum daily intake per person is 1 mg per kg of body weight. Even if you consume 3 grams of creatine daily, and assuming a DCD content of 50 mg/kg (the EFSA upper limit), your total daily intake would be less than 150 micrograms – equivalent to just 2.5 micrograms per kilogram of body weight for a 60-kilogram person. This is less than 0.25% of the regulatory limit, making it extremely safe.

    6. 2. The impurity two----- Dihydrotriazine (DHT)
    7. Dihydroxytriazine (DHT): The ‘hidden time bomb’ in substandard creatine

Dihydroxytriazine (DHT) is the most dangerous contaminant found in substandard creatine—the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) explicitly recommends that DHT levels in finished creatine products must be below 3 mg/kg, as this compound is suspected of posing a carcinogenic risk. [3] Yet if you examine test reports for generic creatine products, DHT levels frequently soar to over 110 mg/kg—more than 35 times the recommended upper limit!

Why does DHT appear? It is simply because the reaction pathway was not properly controlled during synthesis. High-end manufacturers employ their own proprietary synthesis methods, avoiding steps that generate this dangerous by-product right from the source—this is not something that can be resolved by post-production filtration; the production process itself must be modified.

For those who take creatine daily, this is a matter of serious concern: after all, people may take supplements for years, or even decades, so it is crucial to avoid suspected carcinogens wherever possible. Pürest Creatine shows ‘not detected’ for DHT, which is a huge relief for both manufacturers and consumers—this contaminant has been completely eliminated.

    8. 3. The Impurity Three-------creatinine
    9. Creatinine: The ‘Purity Litmus Test’ Revealed by Heat

Creatinine is the ‘residue’ left behind when creatine is heated or degraded. It is harmless in itself (the human body produces it naturally when metabolising creatine), but the level of creatinine in the finished product directly reflects its purity. According to the EFSA, creatinine levels must be ≤100 mg/kg to be considered acceptable.
