Properties: 

1. Mild and non-irritating: This is one of its most important properties. It is far less irritating to the skin and eyes than cationic and anionic surfactants, making it very mild.

2. Excellent foaming and thickening properties: It produces rich, fine, and stable foam. Simultaneously, it significantly increases the viscosity of formulation systems, especially when compounded with anionic surfactants (such as sodium lauryl ether sulfate, SLES), where the thickening effect is very pronounced.

3. Compatibility and stability: It is highly compatible with various types of surfactants (anionic, cationic, and nonionic), exhibiting excellent compatibility. It is stable over a wide pH range.

4. Conditioning and antistatic properties: It improves hair's combability, making it soft and smooth, and provides some antistatic effect.

5. Good biodegradability: It is easily degraded by microorganisms, making it environmentally friendly.

Shampoo: As a primary, mild surfactant and thickener, it provides rich lather and a smooth feel.

Shower Gel: Provides gentle cleansing and a comfortable washing experience, minimizing skin irritation.

Facial Cleanser: Especially suitable for sensitive skin and a gentle cleansing product.

Hand Soap: Provides gentle cleansing and rich lather.

2. Household Cleaning Products

Dishwashing Liquid: As a co-surfactant, it enhances degreasing ability and increases product viscosity while being more skin-friendly.

Laundry Detergent: Used in some high-end or hand-wash-specific laundry detergents to reduce the irritation of the primary surfactant.
