SLU-PP-332  is a potent pan-estrogen receptor-related receptor (ERR) agonist, with EC50 values of 98 nM, 230 nM, and 430 nM for ERRα, ERRβ, and ERRγ, respectively, showing highest potency toward ERRα. It enhances mitochondrial function and cellular respiration in skeletal muscle cell lines, supporting research on metabolic diseases and muscle function improvement. Supplied as a white to off-white solid, it is soluble in DMSO but insoluble in water. Store powder at -20°C for 3 years; stock solutions at -80°C. For laboratory research only.
