Product Basic Overview

This series of small-molecule bioactive peptides are artificially synthesized active peptide substances via solid-phase peptide synthesis. Relying on mature biosynthetic production lines, they are universal basic functional raw materials widely used in bio-material fields. The whole production workflow covers amino acid feeding, peptide chain assembly, liquid phase purification, vacuum freeze-drying and split packaging, with independent quality inspection nodes set for each procedure. The finished products feature stable purity and controllable impurities, suitable for multiple compliant application scenarios including daily cosmetic raw materials, biological laboratory scientific research, and biological fermentation additives.

Peptides are short molecular chains formed by ordered combination of various amino acids in preset sequences. Different from macromolecular proteins, they feature tiny molecular size and excellent water solubility, which can be evenly mixed into aqueous solutions, alcohol-water compound systems, cream substrate and other mediums without complex solubilizing additives. Our factory supplies dozens of standard sequence peptides in stock, and accepts custom sequence synthesis services. Custom peptides cover short dipeptides, tripeptides to long-chain peptides with more than ten amino acids. Our factory owns an independent 100,000-class clean production workshop, fully equipped with HPLC, mass spectrometer, moisture tester, heavy metal detector and microorganism incubator. Each batch of products comes with a complete Certificate of Analysis (COA), including full test data of appearance, purity, moisture, heavy metals, microorganism and sequence matching. The reports can be used for overseas customs clearance, laboratory filing and factory raw material incoming inspection. All raw materials are packed with moisture-proof and light-sealed packaging for storage and transportation; cold chain transport is optional to avoid activity attenuation caused by high temperature and humidity, extending the valid storage period of raw materials.

Solid-phase Peptide Synthesis Adopt mainstream solid carrier synthesis route in the industry. High-stability protective reagents are used for amino acid protective groups to stabilize conversion rate of peptide chain assembly reactions, greatly reducing generation of missing fragments and mis-sequence impurities. After synthesis, specific cleavage reagents are applied to remove carriers and protective groups. Crude peptide lysate goes through multi-stage extraction to remove residual reaction reagents and small molecular by-products, cutting impurity generation from the source and lowering follow-up purification pressure. The whole synthetic workflow is highly automated; reaction temperature, reagent dropping speed and reaction duration are precisely controlled by intelligent equipment, leading to tiny purity fluctuation between batches and stable raw material performance for long-term bulk procurement.
