      Product Detail

Phosphoric Acid (short for PA, molecular formula H₃PO₄, CAS 7664-38-2) is a common inorganic acid liquid supplied in two concentrations: 75% and 85%, classified into food grade and industrial grade to meet diverse market demands. Food grade phosphoric acid adopts high-purity phosphate ore raw materials and multi-stage purification, filtration, dearsenization and heavy metal removal processes, strictly complying with international food additive safety standards. Industrial grade phosphoric acid is produced through wet-process or thermal-process synthesis with stable concentration and controlled industrial impurities, suitable for non-edible industrial production links.
85% phosphoric acid is a colorless, odorless, highly viscous transparent liquid with strong acidity, stable chemical property and good miscibility with water and ethanol. 75% phosphoric acid features lower viscosity and better fluidity, convenient for dilution and transportation. Food grade products have extremely low arsenic, lead, cadmium and fluoride content, no toxic residual impurities, so they can be safely applied in carbonated drinks, fruit beverages, food condiments as acidity regulators and flavor improvers to adjust product pH value and extend shelf life.
Industrial grade 75% and 85% phosphoric acid have powerful descaling and rust removal capacity. They are widely used for metal surface pickling, electroplating pretreatment, boiler pipeline descaling and industrial wastewater pH adjustment. Besides, they serve as core raw materials for manufacturing phosphate fertilizers, feed additives, detergent phosphates, water treatment agents and electronic chemical materials. Different from volatile inorganic acids such as hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid is non-volatile under normal temperature, which reduces equipment corrosion and workshop odor during production.
All finished phosphoric acid liquids go through full-item laboratory detection before delivery. Food grade batches provide complete food safety test reports, while industrial grade supports third-party impurity inspection. We adopt standard export packaging including 30kg plastic drum, IBC ton tank and bulk tank truck. Sealed plastic containers effectively prevent liquid leakage and reduce volatilization loss during long-distance sea transportation and storage. Our factory maintains continuous stable production capacity, supports small drum trial orders and large bulk shipments, and can provide COA, MSDS, food safety certificates and customs clearance documents for global buyers.
    • Two concentrations 75% / 85% and two grades food / industrial optional, fully match food processing and various industrial production needs.
    • Food grade strictly removes heavy metal, arsenic and fluoride, meets international food additive standards, safe for beverage and food acidity adjustment.
    • Clear colorless liquid, no suspended impurities, stable acidity, consistent pH adjustment effect after dilution.
    • Non-volatile at normal temperature, less workshop odor and milder corrosion compared with hydrochloric acid and nitric acid.
    • Multi-scene application: food seasoning, metal pickling, electroplating, fertilizer, feed, water treatment, chemical synthesis.
    • Complete export certification documents including food safety test report, COA and MSDS for smooth customs clearance.
    • Multiple packaging specifications: 30L plastic drum, 1000L IBC tank, bulk tank loading, flexible for different order volumes.Shop High Purity Food Grade Phosphoric Acid 85% 75% Industrial Grade Phosphoric Acid CAS 7664-38-2-Detailed Image 1
