Preparation of phthalic diethyl ether 11.2g of catechol, 14mL of absolute ethanol, 18mL of bromoethane, 2g of polyethylene glycol were turbidized and stirred, heated to isolate oxygen reflux, and 12g of KOH, 44mL of ethanol solution was added dropwise and refluxed for 2h After post-treatment, o-phthalic diethyl ether was obtained with a yield of 90%. Preparation of p-amino-phthalic diethyl ether 8.4 g of o-phthalic diethyl ether was added with 21.3 mL of glacial acetic acid and stirred to dissolve, 70% concentrated nitric acid was added dropwise, and the temperature was kept at 20°C for 30 min , After post-treatment, the yield of p-nitrophthalene diethyl ether is 94%. After mixing 8.7 g of the above-mentioned p-nitrophthalein, 19 g of sodium sulfide, 20 mL of water, and 40 mL of ethanol, reflux for 30 min, post-treatment and recrystallize with 50% ethanol to obtain p-aminophthalein with a yield of 85%. Preparation of isopropyl chloroformate In isopropanol containing AlCl3, add liquid phosgene at 10-20℃, stir for 4-6h, and then raise to 50℃. Adjust pH to 1-2 with 5% hydrochloric acid, wash with water to pH 7, dry, and recrystallize from ethanol to obtain ethiprocarb, mp 99-100.5°C, yield 81.6%.

Uses

Carbamate fungicide. It can effectively control certain grape and vegetable diseases caused by certain resistant Botrytis cinerea, and is widely used in shed vegetables. For example, cucumber gray mold, stalk rot, and sugar beet leaf spot, use a 12-50mg/L concentration spray, and the control effect is 100%.
