Methods of Manufacturing

Using sodium amide, 2-acetylphenothiazine, and 1-bromo-3-chloropropane as raw materials, the intermediate 10-(3-chloropropane)-2-acetylphenothiazine was synthesized, followed by 1-(2-hydroxyethyl Base) piperazine reacts to form a crude base, which is then refined by making the dimaleate salt.
