Reactive Orange 16 Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Taking p-(2-sulfate ethyl sulfone) aniline and N-acetyl gamma acid as raw materials, first diazotize the former, and then couple with the latter to obtain the product. After salting out, filtering and drying, the finished product is obtained.

Uses

Reactive orange KN-5R is used for dyeing cellulose fibers such as cotton and viscose fibers. It can be dyed by exhaust dyeing or continuous method. It is also used for one-phase or two-phase printing of cotton and viscose fabrics. This product can be used as a single color, and also used for black spelling. For example, if it is mixed with KN-B (CIReactive Black 5), it can increase its blackness.
