Infineum acquires part of Entegris business
Recently, Infineum and Entegris announced that they have reached a definitive agreement. Infineum will acquire Entegris' pipeline and industrial materials business, including Entegris' specialty chemicals and engineered materials divisions, as well as various drag reduction products for oil pipeline operations. Drug business, etc. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022, subject to required regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
