Japan is open for comments on the health impact evaluation of α-amylase produced with JPBL013
On December 7, the Japan Food Safety Commission Secretariat announced that the 881st food safety committee was held on December 6, 2022, at which the food safety risk assessment of α-amylase produced by the JPBL013 strain was carried out, and the food safety committee believed that it would not cause damage to human health.
