Lingwei Technology is about to be listed on the Growth Enterprise Market
Following the approval of the IPO of Guangzhou Lingwei Technology Co., Ltd. (Lingwei Technology) by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on November 30, 2022, on January 10, 2023, Lingwei Technology issued an initial public offering and preliminary inquiry and recommendation announcement for listing on the Growth Enterprise Market.
The public offering of 27.12 million new shares, representing approximately 25% of the total share capital after the issuance. The initial strategic placement was 4,068,000 shares, representing approximately 15% of the offering.
Lingwei Technology products include nano silica new materials, coating additives and other materials, among which the leading product - nano silica products are widely used in coatings, inks, plastics and petrochemicals and other industries. Lingwei Technology is the leading enterprise of silica for extinction in China, and led the formulation of China's "silica for extinction" industry standard (HG/T4526-2013). The company's main business is the research and development, production and sales of nano silica new materials, coating additives and other materials. It is also the second batch of national specialized and special new "little giant" enterprises, which has led the drafting and formulation of the "silica for matting" industry standard (HG/T4526-2013) and "synthetic diaspore for ink absorbent" (HG/T5739-2020), which has a high popularity and market position in the domestic nano silica industry.
