Recently, Ningxia Sword Agrochemical’s annual output of 76,000 tons of pesticide intermediates construction project completion environmental acceptance monitoring report is shown on the relevant website.
Construction location: Yuanyang Lake Area, New chemical Materials Park, Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base
Construction scale: Annual output of 76,000 tons of pesticide intermediates, including 20,000 t/a Hydrazine hydrate, 10,000 t/a Triazole, 6,000 t/a Thiocarbohydrazide, 10,000 t/a Oxide, 10,000 t/a Pinacolone, 8,000 t/a Chlorobenzaldehyde, 6,000 t/a Trizinone, 6,000 t/a Dichloropinacolin
Construction contents: production equipment and pre-treatment measures for three wastes, warehouse, tank farm, 110KV power transformation and distribution control area, three wastes area (RTO regenerative combustion furnace, integrated incineration device, sewage treatment station), emergency pool and pre-storm water pool, fire pool and water pump room, general control room, laboratory building, scientific research and quality inspection building, auxiliary room, temporary storage of dangerous wastes, etc.
Scope of acceptance: The scope of acceptance includes the main works and auxiliary works such as the production equipment area of the whole plant, storage and transportation works, public works and environmental protection works.
