The 19th China (International) Condiments and Food Ingredients Expo and the 2023 Guangzhou International Prepared Food Industry and Condiment Innovation Expo opened in Guangzhou
On November 9, 2023, the curtain rose on the 19th China (International) Condiments and Food Ingredients Expo, co-hosted by Weidong China and the 2023 Guangzhou International Prepared Food Industry and Condiment Innovation Expo under the auspices of the China Condiments Association.
The opening ceremony, attended by dignitaries including Wei Xiangyun, Executive President of the China Condiment Association, Bai Yan, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the association, Zhang Hanquan, President of the China Hotel Supplies Association, as well as representatives from various sponsoring units, local governments, associations, universities, research institutes, and renowned players in the condiment distribution sector, marked the commencement of the event.
Wei Xiangyun, in his capacity as the Executive Chairman of the China Condiments Association, officially declared the commencement of the 19th China (International) Condiments and Food Ingredients Expo.
Following the successful conclusion of the opening ceremony, leaders and guests embarked on a comprehensive tour of numerous exhibitors within the hall, engaging in profound discussions and gaining insights into the production and operational dynamics of companies across the supply chain.
This annual gathering, a cornerstone in the condiment industry, attracted participation from a multitude of prominent companies including Zhongshan Torch (Yangxi) Industrial Transfer Industrial Park, Haitian, Lee Kum Kee, Shanghai Totole, Zilin Vinegar Industry, Kitchen Bang, Angel Yeast, Qingdao Ruikelai, He Shandong Gu, Shanghai Weihaomei, Tianjin Limin, Shuita Vinegar Industry, Meijin Vinegar Industry, Jiajia Food, Guangzhou Zhimizhai, Shounong Flavor Industry, Liubiju, Wang Zhihe, Dongguan Yongyi, Tianli Duliu, and many others. Local condiment associations from Hubei, Hebei, Sichuan, and other regions also actively participated in the exhibition. Aligned with the evolving industry landscape, the exhibition featured dedicated areas such as local association showcases, a media zone, a business matchmaking area, and a display zone for outstanding products.
The expo, a comprehensive communication platform, not only facilitated dialogue but also fostered consensus-building and confidence in development. Attendees gained a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, advancements, and outcomes, positioning themselves to navigate the industry's future trajectory.
