Hailir was awarded the Training Demonstration Unit for the safe Scientific Use of pesticides(2023)

Recently, the Eighth Pesticide Safety Scientific Use Summit Forum sponsored by the China Pesticide Industry Association and the Organization Committee of the 37th China Plant Protection Information Exchange and Pesticide Machinery Trade Fair was held in Changsha, Hunan Province, at which the award list of the "2023 Safe scientific Use of pesticide training demonstration units and advanced workers" was announced.

Recently, Hailir announced that it will soon market the second Prothioconazole product: 250g/L Prothioconazole EC, the registration target is wheat scab, and has also been expanded on peanuts, soybeans and corn. 

The maximum residue limit of Procymidone in leek was adjusted in China

 Since May 11, 2023, the "Maximum residue Limit of 112 pesticides, including 2, 4-D, Sodium butyrate, in Food under the National Standard for Food Safety" (GB 2763.1-2022) standard has been officially implemented, and the maximum residue limit of Procymidone in leeks has been adjusted from the current 0.2 mg/kg to 5 mg/kg. 

UPL set up a subsidiary in South Africa to carry out seed and related business

  On November 22, 2023, UPL announced that its subsidiary Advanta Seeds (Pty) has been granted a certificate of incorporation in South Africa, effective November 21, 2023. Advanta Seeds (Pty) will become a subsidiary of the Advanta Seed structure of Advanta Enterprises in India, which holds 86.67% of the shares, to carry out seeds and related businesses after a timely injection of equity.
