With an Investment of More than 42 Billion Yuan, a New Methanol Project Was Built in Heilongjiang, China
Recently, Qiqihar million ton hydrogen-based green energy base and 10,000 ton green jet fuel demonstration project launch ceremony was held in Nehe City Laha biotechnology and chemical pharmaceutical Industrial Park.
Led by State Power Investment Group Heilongjiang Electric Power Co., Ltd., the project adopts overall planning and phased implementation, with a total investment of 42 billion yuan, covers an area of 162.9 hectares, and plans to build 3.5 million kilowatts of off-grid wind power, supporting 164,000 tons/year hydrogen system, which can achieve an annual output of 400,000 tons of green jet fuel and 400,000 tons of green methanol.
According to Li Jianwei, assistant general manager of State Power Investment Group Heilongjiang Electric Power Co., Ltd., the construction of Qiqihar million-ton hydrogen-based green energy base with the 10,000-ton green jet fuel project as a demonstration pilot is the first major project in the construction of the hydrogen energy industry in Longjiang.
The 10,000-ton green jet fuel project launched this time, using the internationally pioneered Tsinghua University CO2AF patent technology, is currently the largest AC off-grid hydrogen production project in China, which can achieve an annual output of 10,000 tons of green jet fuel.
