Nouryon Launches Berol Nexus Surfactant for North American Cleaning Market
Nouryon released the Berol Nexus surfactant series during the ACI Exhibition in the United States. This is the latest generation of water-soluble products specially designed for the North American cleaning market.
Its unique molecular structure optimizes performance and activity, providing customers with unique advantages in a variety of applications. It is particularly beneficial in household, industrial and institutional (I&I) cleaning applications, special focus is placed on low-temperature laundry, emphasizing the sustainability benefits it offers.
Berol® Nexus surfactants represent the culmination of extensive research and development efforts by Nouryon's global innovation team. It is available as a 70% concentrated aqueous liquid with low color and low viscosity that can be easily formulated into a variety of cleaning applications. It also tackles challenging greasy soils in laundry and automatic dishwashing applications, especially with the trend towards lower wash temperatures.
In 2023, Nouryon announced the expansion of its technical service capabilities, enhancing customer collaboration and growth in the European and North American cleaning markets through application development centers located in Deventer, the Netherlands; Stenonsund, Sweden; Bridgewater, NJ; and Bridgewater, NJ, USA.
In addition to Berol® Nexus, Nouryon recently expanded its product portfolio with the launch of Berol® Nexxt, a new generation surfactant and multifunctional hydrotrope, and Dissolvine® GL Premium, the industry's most concentrated GLDA-based chelating agent.
