Q:As a listed company specializing in the field of pesticide chemistry, what is the layout and planning of biosynthesis
A: Nutrichem uses the research and development platform to continuously carry out the technical transformation of existing products, improve product quality and reduce the emission of three wastes; And continue to develop new products, technical reserves. Planning of using synthetic biology: 1. Using enzyme catalysis technology to solve industrial issues such as hydrolysis and chiral catalysis. 2. Aiming at the cost and efficiency problems of biosynthesis technology, try to combine engineering continuous technology to develop process technology.

During the reporting period, the company completed the optimization of the process plan of the 4,000 t/a Azoxystrobin technical project, and completed the preliminary exploration of the use of new catalysts; The 2-Nitro-4-methylsulfonylbenzoic acid project completed several links of experiment and research, and the pilot work was carried out in an orderly manner. By the end of 2023, 4000t/a Mesotrione and 1000t/a new Oxyfluorfen Standard production capacity projects have been successfully put into operation. For the projects that have not yet been completed, the company has continuously optimized the design of process safety in accordance with relevant requirements, carried out partial re-planning and layout adjustment of the production workshop, and extended the pilot study time to achieve better results.
