The export volume of urea in May was 30,000 tons (the export volume in April was 10,000 tons), and the amount was 15.361 million US dollars; From January to May, the cumulative export of 70,000 tons, the amount of 26.05 million US dollars. The quantity decreased by 81.1% and the amount decreased by 77.6% compared with the same period last year. The cumulative volume decreased by 91.7% and the amount decreased by 92.7% compared with the same period last year.

Ammonium sulfate exports 1.27 million tons in May (930,000 tons in April), the amount of 179 million US dollars; From January to May, the total export volume was 5.3 million tons, worth 776 million US dollars. The quantity and amount increased by 24.6% and 8.1% over the same period last year. The cumulative volume increased by 13.8% over the same period last year, and the amount decreased by 14.4%. 

Ammonium phosphate  Dibasic exported 490,000 tons in May (400,000 tons in April), the amount of 260 million US dollars; From January to May, the total export volume was 1.03 million tons, worth 567 million US dollars. The quantity decreased by 5.7% and the amount decreased by 5.5% compared with the same period last year. The cumulative quantity decreased by 30.6% and the amount decreased by 37.1% compared with the same period last year. 

The export volume of Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate in May was 310,000 tons (the export volume in April was 210,000 tons), the amount of 154 million US dollars; From January to May, the cumulative export of 610,000 tons, the amount of 323 million US dollars. The quantity increased by 46.6% and the amount increased by 36.3% over the same period last year. The cumulative volume decreased by 30.0% and the amount decreased by 43.2% compared with the same period last year.

From January to May 2024, China imported a total of 6.23 million tons of various types of fertilizers, amounting to 2.07 billion US dollars. Among them, 1.12 million tons of various types of fertilizer were imported in May, with a value of 382 million US dollars. Compared with the same period last year, the quantity increased by 25.7% and the amount decreased by 16.7%. The cumulative quantity increased by 29.3% over the same period last year, and the amount decreased by 20.2%. 

Among them: 

1 million tons of Potassium chloride imports in May (760,000 tons in April), the amount of 311 million US dollars; From January to May, the cumulative import of 5.59 million tons, the value of 1.75 billion US dollars. The quantity increased by 51.7% and the amount decreased by 1.5% compared with the same period last year.
