Givaudan Completes Acquisition of b.kolor Makeup & Skincare

Givaudan has completed the acquisition of b.kolor makeup & skincare (b.kolor), an Italian company that specializes in the development and production of finished cosmetics and skincare products for independent brands, consumer packaged goods and luxury goods.

Founded in 2000, b.kolor is headquartered in Milan, Italy. The company is a recognized expert in formulation and production of finished products for B2B customers.

In July 2021, Givaudan acquired a 25% stake in b.kolor. The acquisition of the remaining 75% stake enables Givaudan to provide innovative solutions for cosmetic formulations and further expand its capabilities in skincare applications. This will expand its value proposition in the cosmetics sector, where it already has a strong leadership position in fine fragrances and hair care products.
