RUDERER KLEBETECHNIK acquires Daxberger-Schwall's adhesive portfolio
After more than two decades of operation, Roland Schwall and Brigitte Daxberger-Schwall, owners of the Baden-Württemberg family-owned company Daxberger-Schwall, are retiring on June 30, 2024.
The company, known for its distribution of products for the processing of glass-fiber reinforced plastics and special vehicle construction, has now handed over its entire Kömmerling adhesive portfolio, including its customer base, to RUDERER KLEBETECHNIK GmbH.
After 20 years of successful operation, the Baden-Württemberg-based family-owned company Daxberger-Schwall is closing down due to outdated operation.
Daxberger-Schwall is a distributor of high-quality adhesives and sealants from the international adhesive manufacturer Kömmerling. In order to ensure that long-standing regular customers remain satisfied in the future, the entire Kömmerling product portfolio, including the customer base, was handed over to RUDERER KLEBETECHNIK GmbH on July 1, 2024.
RUDERER is an authorized sales partner for Kömmerling adhesives and is therefore the ideal successor. In choosing the successor, Daxberger-Schwall relied on the adhesives expert's decades of experience, excellent customer service, technical advice and fast and reliable deliveries.
RUDERER aims to fully meet the needs of its customers and find them the best adhesive solution for even the most demanding requirements. Daxberger-Schwall has also been implementing this service philosophy with great enthusiasm. Thanks to the smooth handover, customers in industry and trade can now benefit from high-performance adhesives from many other well-known manufacturers in addition to Kömmerling adhesives, as well as comprehensive advice.
