Evonik and Kolmar Wuxi join forces to promote innovation in raw material and formulation research
Evonik and Kolmar Cosmetics (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. (Kolmar Wuxi) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Wuxi, China.
The cooperation aims to promote raw material innovation, including sustainable ingredients, sun protection, color cosmetics solutions and high-efficiency active ingredients, as well as novel formulation research and regular market information exchange.
With the government's commitment to carbon neutrality and the industry's continued progress, the Chinese cosmetics market is developing rapidly. Consumers are increasingly seeking personalized, effective products with strong sustainability. Evonik and Kolmar Wuxi share a common vision to create high-performance and sustainable solutions to meet this development momentum, and will leverage each other's global and local expertise in specialty chemicals and cosmetics R&D and production to jointly inspire and support the upgrading of China's beauty industry.
