Warpaint London acquires Brand Architekts in £13.9m strategic deal
Warpaint London, parent company of the popular cosmetics brands W7 and Technic, has reached an agreement to acquire beauty specialist Brand Architekts.
Under the terms of the transaction, Brand Architekts shareholders will receive a cash offer of 48p per share, valuing the company at approximately £13.9m on a fully diluted basis.
Warpaint management highlighted the strategic fit of the acquisition, noting that Brand Architekts’ brands complement its existing product lines while providing opportunities for operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
