SNR Capital Acquires Thirteen Lune
SNR Capital announced the acquisition of Thirteen Lune for an undisclosed amount. Previously, the inclusive retail platform announced in September 2024 that it was exploring strategic options.
According to WWD, Thirteen Lune announced a series of leadership changes following the acquisition. Nyakio Grieco was appointed CEO, while another founder, Patrick Herning, has exited the company.
Grieco told WWD: "After a difficult year for many companies, it was clear that we needed to restructure Thirteen Lune to be on the path to success. As a fast-growing company that rose rapidly in its first four years, it was difficult to keep up with the needs of the market. This acquisition helps us continue to fulfill our mission of expanding the ranks of diverse founders and developing a global business strategy with my new partners."
