Huayi and Baker Hughes Sign Strategic Partnership to Drive Industrial Digitalization
On the afternoon of June 23, Huayi Group and Baker Hughes Inspection & Control Technologies formalized their collaboration by signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in Shanghai. The ceremony was attended by Huayi Group President Qian Zhigang and Baker Hughes China President Cao Yang. The agreement was signed by Huayi Group Vice President Chen Dasheng and Hor Kwok Hong, Baker Hughes Vice President for Industrial Solutions in the Asia-Pacific region.
Prior to the signing, the two companies held in-depth discussions on industrial intelligence and digital transformation. Huayi Group outlined its goals in areas such as equipment smart diagnostics, digital operation and maintenance solutions, and professional talent development. Baker Hughes provided insights into its global business network, R&D strengths, and highlighted its core expertise in compressor technology with successful case studies from domestic and international markets.
Going forward, the partnership aims to accelerate technology integration and project implementation, with both parties exploring innovative applications in industrial internet and intelligent diagnostics. The MoU is expected to lay the foundation for significant advancements in these fields.
Key representatives from both companies’ departments were present at the event, underscoring the commitment to this collaboration.
