148% Profit Surge! Yonghe Shares Issues Explosive 2025 Mid-Year Forecast
Yonghe Shares has stunned the market with a bold 2025 mid-year profit forecast, revealing expected net profits of RMB 255 million to 280 million—a year-on-year leap of 126.30% to 148.49%. Excluding non-recurring gains, the company anticipates core net profits of RMB 250 million to 275 million, soaring 135.56% to 159.12% compared to last year.
The company attributes this robust growth to two key drivers. First, refrigerant prices have climbed sharply in the first half of 2025, as tighter production quotas on both second-generation (HCFCs) and third-generation (HFCs) refrigerants squeezed supply while downstream demand remained strong. With a quota advantage, Yonghe seized pricing opportunities, dramatically boosting its refrigerant segment’s profitability.
Second, product portfolio upgrades have paid off. The company continued to enhance production efficiency and the quality of its fluoropolymer materials. In Q2, as new production lines for FEP, PTFE, HFP, and PFA ramped up at Shaowu Yonghe, output and sales volumes surged, and top-grade product rates improved. With lower raw material costs and increased scale, the Shaowu facility delivered even stronger profits.
This sharp turnaround signals Yonghe’s growing dominance in the fluorochemical sector, making the stock a hot watch for investors eyeing the next big leap in advanced materials.
