Supply and Demand Situation
This week, the Chinese ammonium sulfate market prices have weakened and declined, with enterprise operating rates remaining stable. Currently, the supply of ammonium sulfate is sufficient, while demand remains weak, with limited new transactions in the market. Downstream buyers are mostly purchasing at lower prices, leading to a continuous decline in market transaction prices. The export situation has not improved, and the market is mainly influenced by negative factors.
Market Conditions
As of September 11, for coking grade ammonium sulfate, the mainstream ex-factory price in Shandong region is around 930 CNY/ton. For caprolactam grade ammonium sulfate, the mainstream ex-factory price in Shandong region is around 920-970 CNY/ton.

Ammonium sulfate analysts believe that the recent market trend for ammonium sulfate is mainly weak and downward. Currently, the supply of ammonium sulfate in the Chinese market exceeds demand, and the bidding prices within the market are weakening. The short-term weak trend is unlikely to improve. It is expected that in the short term, the price of ammonium sulfate in China will continue to show a weak trend, mainly characterized by a continued weak decline.
