This Week Aniline Market Stabilizes and Rises (11.3-11.7) in China
November 7th News
I. Price Trends
According to the commodity market analysis system, the aniline market in China stopped falling and rose this week. The price of aniline was 7,675 CNY per ton on November 3 and 7,737 CNY per ton on November 7, with a weekly price increase of 0.81%, down 16.8% compared to the same period last year.
II. Analysis and Commentary
This week, the aniline market in China stopped falling and rebounded. During the week, the price of raw material pure benzene increased slightly, and the main production areas of raw material nitric acid had low operating rates, leading to a tight supply and rising prices of nitric acid. Aniline enterprises that purchase nitric acid externally are restricted in their operations, and there is a possibility of reducing production later. Supported by the raw material end, aniline factories collectively raised their prices, with active transactions, and the price of aniline continued to rise.
Cost perspective: This week, the pure benzene market in China showed some improvement. Due to insufficient downstream orders for pure benzene and continued losses, the enthusiasm for purchasing raw materials remains low. However, as the price of pure benzene hit a new low, downstream buyers started to enter the market at these lower prices, leading to a slight recovery in the market. The market saw a small increase this week.
III. Future Market Outlook
Currently, the Aniline market is experiencing active trading, with inventory pressures easing. It is expected that, in the short term, the Aniline market will rise slightly before settling into a more stable trading range. Stay closely attuned to future shifts in supply and demand.
