Baling Petrochemical adds 4 more authorized invention patents
It was learned from the Science and Technology Development Department of Baling Petrochemical Company on November 1 that in October, the company applied for "a water-based epoxy resin and its preparation method and its application in water-based epoxy polyurethane ink binder" and "transformation unit with high ammonia nitrogen" System and method for pretreatment of acidic condensate" "a tread compound, tread rubber and its preparation method for reducing tire rolling resistance" "a method for treating organic by-products in the production of cyclohexanone" 4 inventions The patents are all authorized by the State Intellectual Property Office.
It is understood that the invention of "a water-based epoxy resin, its preparation method and its application in water-based epoxy polyurethane ink binder" is another achievement of the company's new green epoxy resin product research and development. Water-based epoxy resin is used to modify water-based polyurethane to obtain excellent water-based ink binders. When used in inks, it shows excellent water resistance, high gloss, fast drying rate, and good printing adaptability. It is especially suitable for PVC ( Polyvinyl chloride), PET (polyethylene terephthalate), aluminum foil and other printing substrates.
"A tread compound that reduces tire rolling resistance, tread rubber and its preparation method" invented and developed a tread compound that reduces tire rolling resistance. The components are easy to mix, and the vulcanized rubber is used as a meridian The tire tread material for passenger cars has the characteristics of less modified rubber, high strength of vulcaniz The resistance improvement rate reaches 26%~31%, which further expands the application fields of thermoplastic rubber products.
The invention patents of "Pretreatment system and method for high ammonia nitrogen acid condensate of conversion unit" and "A method for treating organic by-products in the production of cyclohexanone" respectively relate to waste water from a coal gasification unit and a cyclohexanone unit production process. The treatment of waste gas and organic by-products improves resource utilization and has strong process operability. It promotes the reduction of high ammonia nitrogen substances, organic substances and sulfur-containing compounds, ensures compliance with emission standards, and promotes green production.
So far, the company has applied for 55 patents in the first 10 months of this year, and 47 patents have been authorized, including 41 invention patents and 6 utility model patents. The company has applied for a total of 905 patents, of which 468 were authorized patents, helping the construction of innovative enterprises and striving to become a leader in the high-quality development of Sinopec's synthetic materials.
