China Hi-tech Group's Broad-width Spunlace Nonwoven Line Examined and Evaluated
Recently, an expert team of seven led by Jiang Shicheng, academician of China Engineering Society, examined the "broad-width high-production spunlace nonwoven production line" jointly developed by China Hi-tech Group Corporation and Anhui Golden Spring Nonwoven Fabric Co., Ltd. After verifying certain technical data, inquiries and discussion, the expert team appraised highly of the production line, especially the W1211 high-speed card and the W1573M-350 spunlace machine in this line.
The experts were impressed first by its precise feeding and fine opening technologies, which are featured by short process, less fly, low damage to fiber and good feeding consistency; secondly by the PLC control, Internet-based communication and digital technologies which enable the entire production process being monitored online as well as operated and maintained remotely; thirdly by the 19 patented technologies used by this production line. Moreover, the production line has been tested by the National Textile Machinery Quality Supervision and Testing Center and proved to be complied with related standard and the machines have been put into production for more than half a year and cited by clients for their operation stability, easy to operation, wide adaptability and good quality of the resulted products.
