(4) Construction content: It is planned to build a 900,000 tons/year propane dehydrogenation to propylene plant, supporting the construction of a PSA hydrogen extraction plant and public auxiliary facilities such as a circulating water field and a substation, as well as between Wanjing and Zhongjing Science Park The connecting pipelines, the rest of the public construction and auxiliary projects rely on the Shangjing New Materials Project, as well as the Zhongjing Science and Technology Park and the completed facilities in the park.

(6) Construction area: The Wanjing project plant covers an area of 112,627 square meters. The pipeline laying outside the plant area relies on the public chemical pipeline gallery in the park, which does not involve new land occupation.

Project construction content

The production areas of this project and the proposed Shangjing New Materials Project and Zhongjing Science and Technology Park (including Zhongjing Petrochemical, Zhongjiang Petrochemical, and Mide Petrochemical) are independent of each other, but the five companies are based on the principle of overall optimization of the area. , Public works and auxiliary facilities are shared by 5 companies, relying on each other. Public works and auxiliary facilities are pre-constructed by the local company, and their scale is configured to meet the production needs of the 5 companies. In addition, Zhongjiang Chemical Terminal and Tianhui Logistics (Zhongmin New Energy) provide services such as the transportation and cold storage of propane, propylene and other raw materials and products for the normal operation of the company.

In addition, according to Donghua Energy’s answer to shareholders’ questions on the investor platform, as of December 14, the company’s Maoming project under construction in Phase 1.1 has progressed as follows: 31% of the total construction progress of the PDH device has been completed; the total progress of the PP device and public auxiliary construction has been completed. 15% completed; the total construction progress of the supporting low-temperature tank farm has been completed 43%; other projects such as the integrated pipe gallery and the wharf are also progressing smoothly. The overall construction progress is in line with expectations.

The project plans to construct a 600,000-ton/year PDH device and a 400,000-ton/year PP device. Phase 1.1 of the project will start in March 2020. According to the plan, the PDH device and supporting PP device will be in November 2022. Put into production.

Binhua's C3C4 project will be put into production in 2022

At the same time, Binhua said on the investment platform on December 14 that the company's carbon three carbon four project construction cycle is divided into two years, and the project is currently progressing smoothly and plans to start production in 2022.

The C3 C4 Comprehensive Utilization Project is a major project in Shandong Province. It covers a total area of 2,607 acres and has a total investment of 51.5 billion yuan. It will be constructed in two phases. The first-phase project investment is about 12.8 billion yuan and the building area is about 1.01 million square meters.

Mainly construct 600,000 tons/year propane dehydrogenation to propylene unit, 800,000 tons/year butane isomerization unit, 300,000 tons/year propylene oxide co-production 780,000 tons/year t-butanol unit, 150,000 tons/year Synthetic ammonia and other installations, as well as public engineering facilities and auxiliary engineering facilities such as the power center and supporting tank farms of the whole plant.
