Analysis of Coating Method and Procedure of Anticorrosive Paint for Steel

Steel structural profiles are widely used in factory buildings, gymnasiums, and various construction fields. Because of the different use environments, the corrosive factors are different, and the corrosion protection methods are different. In order to better meet the anticorrosive requirements, besides the detailed analysis of the corrosion factors to be faced, the corrosive media should also be taken into account. The common anti-corrosion methods for steel structure are hot dipping zinc, hot spraying aluminium (zinc) composite coating, anti-corrosion coating, cathodic protection and so on. For steel structure anticorrosion, the commonly used anticorrosive method is painting anticorrosive coating. The anticorrosive coating method is mainly used for indoor steel structure or outdoor steel structure which is relatively easy to maintain. Because of the different spraying equipment, the painting effect is different. The recommended construction methods are brushing, airless spraying and airless spraying, and the different painting methods are not the same.
