How to Prevent Allergies?
As the temperature rises in spring, everything revives and spring flowers bloom, the air contains more pollen and dust, and seasonal allergy symptoms come along. Every time the allergic skin is red and itchy from time to time, often with small bumps.
When the spring breeze blows and the willow flutters, the nose, sneeze and tears are oozing. So what about spring allergies? A reasonable dietary structure and adequate rest can help reduce the chances of allergies in the body. Let's take a look at how to eat to prevent and relieve allergies!
How to prevent allergies?
1、Enhance exercise
Proper outdoor activities to improve the body's ability to fight diseases are beneficial to the prevention of spring allergies. But in early spring, the climate is still very cold, so when you exercise, don't overexert yourself and don't inhale the cold air to avoid stimulating your throat, which can trigger allergies.
2、Skin moisturizing
The skin must be kept well hydrated. When the skin is dehydrated, it is the most sensitive stage and is easily affected by external influences leading to allergies. People always think that skin allergy is when the face starts to get red, but in fact, when you feel a taut feeling on the skin, it is actually the initial stage of sensitivity. So every day after cleansing your face, you should immediately apply a suitable moisturizer while your skin still feels moist.

3、Wear a mask
Now during the epidemic, people with allergies should try to enjoy flowers less, go to crowded places, and wear masks and sunglasses when going out to reduce the chance of exposure to pollen and the new coronavirus.
4、Stay away from allergens
Not all pollen can be allergens, mainly tree and grass pollen that spreads pollination through the wind. When the weather is dry and windy, plant pollen sacs are more likely to rupture leading to a large increase in the concentration of pollen in the air. In addition, from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and at dusk, the highest pollen values are found in the air, so you should go out less.
