The smoke emission from six restaurants such as Roadstick Barbecue along the street in phase III of Huangshan Garden was comprehensively inspected.

On-site inspection found that six restaurants and barbecue shops in this area had problems in varying degrees, such as oil fume pollution disturbing people, oil fume emission not up to the standard, residential buildings, commercial and residential complex buildings without special flue, and restaurant services that produced oil fume in commercial and residential complex buildings adjacent to the residential floors. This is the case. After investigating and collecting evidence, law enforcement officers shut down one restaurant and reorganized five barbecue shops and temporarily withheld barbecue ovens, tables and chairs. During this period, the public security departments admonished two parties who did not cooperate with the work.

According to Liu Fuqiang, deputy director of urban administration and head of law enforcement brigade of Linyi Economic and Technological Development Zone, according to Article 81 of the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, restaurant service operators discharging lampblack should install lampblack purification facilities and maintain normal use, or adopt other oils. According to Liu Zhong, head of the case examination department of the Municipal Urban Administration Law Enforcement Branch, according to Article 118 of the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China, the operators of the catering service industry discharging lampblack did not install lampblack purification facilities, use lampblack purification facilities abnormally or adopt other lampblack purification measures, exceeding the emissions. Where standard fumes are discharged, the supervisory and administrative department designated by the local people's government at or above the county level shall order them to make corrections and impose a fine of not less than 5,000 yuan but not more than 50,000 yuan; if they refuse to make corrections, they shall be ordered to stop operation for rectification. In violation of the provisions of this Law, the supervisory and administrative departments determined by the local people's governments at or above the county level shall order rectification of the newly built, rebuilt and expanded catering service projects that produce fumes, odors and exhaust gases in residential buildings, commercial and residential complex buildings without special flues and commercial and residential complex buildings adjacent to residential floors. If they refuse to make corrections, they shall be closed down and fined not less than 10,000 yuan but not more than 100,000 yuan. Next, the Municipal Administration Department of the dependent area will make further administrative punishment according to the law according to the illegal circumstances and harm degree of the parties concerned. On July 18, Meng Qingbin, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of the Municipal People's Republic of China, came to the Municipal Urban Management Service Center to work on the spot and stressed that we should adhere to first-class standards, strengthen measures, insist on systematic thinking, promote fine management, carry forward the spirit of responsibility and coordination, work together from top to bottom, and resolutely win the battle of air pollution prevention and control. On the afternoon of July 20, Vice Mayor Chang Hong Army chaired a conference on promoting the control of cooking fume pollution in central urban areas, demanding strong measures and implementation, and resolutely putting the prevention and control measures of cooking fume pollution into effect. Before September 30, all catering service units (including the internal canteens of government organs, enterprises and institutions, schools, hospitals, construction sites, etc.) fully realized the standard discharge of cooking fumes: completely banning large coal-fired stoves and open-air barbecues; installing all high-efficiency soot purification facilities; online monitoring of catering service units above the scale.

It is reported that next step, the Municipal Urban Administration Bureau will earnestly fulfill the responsibilities of the leading department in the prevention and control of cooking fume pollution, strengthen the organization, coordination, dispatch and supervision of the prevention and control of cooking fume pollution in urban areas, urge the districts and development zones to implement their territorial management responsibilities, conduct thorough investigation, and establish and improve workers in the prevention and control of cooking fume pollution. Make mechanisms to organize and carry out remediation actions to ensure that the objectives are in place. At the same time, the Municipal Municipal Administration has implemented a grid supervision system for county-level leading cadres, focusing on the installation of high-efficiency lampblack purification facilities, the use of high-efficiency lampblack purification devices after installation, the clean-up and banning of coal-fired stoves and open-air barbecues, and incorporating the problems found and the rect situation into the comprehensive assessment of urban management, so as to comprehensively promote it. The prevention and control of cooking fume pollution in central urban areas has been carried out in depth.
