Training Conference for Agricultural Machinery Operators in Chongqing

August 5, 2019, Banan District Work Station of Agricultural-026 Specialty Specialty Specialty Vocational Skills Appraisal Station launched the golden and blue collar growth plan of Zhihui Agricultural Mechanics in Shitan Town in 2019, and carried out the first phase of training of Agricultural Mechanics operators in 2019.

The training meeting will carry out theoretical common sense teaching and core skill operation training in accordance with the scope and requirements set by the National Vocational Standards for Agricultural Machinery Repairers and the Guidelines for Training Core Skills of Agricultural Machinery Operators in Chongqing No. 4-Agricultural Machinery Repair (Primary). 

Nearly 50 agricultural mechanics from some agricultural enterprises, professional cooperatives, family farms and large farmers in our region actively participated in learning and training. Theoretical common sense learning adopts the way of "centralized counseling + Chongqing Agricultural Machinery I Training Interest Learning and Exchange Platform (Wechat Public Number) self-study". The core skill operation training adopts the mode of "real machine tool operation + simulation exercise". It improves the accuracy and practicability of the training of agricultural mechanic repairmen.

The training was strongly supported by the Agricultural Mechanization Administration Department of the Municipal Agricultural and Rural Committee and the Municipal Agricultural Machinery Extension Station. Teachers were dispatched to guide and teach the training. The enthusiasm of the students was high and the training achieved the desired results. It will lay a solid foundation for the further development of agricultural mechanic repairman professional skill appraisal.
