The world economic outlook released by the International Monetary Fund on the morning of October 15 predicted that the growth rate of China's economy in 2019 would be 6.1%, 0.1 percentage point lower than that in July. The IMF also forecasts the U.S. economy will grow at 2.4 percent this year, down 0.2 percentage points from its July forecast. The IMF said in its outlook that the global economy is now in a situation of simultaneous slowdown, and the economic growth rate in 2019 has been lowered again - from 3.3% predicted in April to 3%, the lowest level since the global economic crisis.
