Yesterday, the 2019 Nanjing workers' Professional (industry) skills competition of agricultural comprehensive administrative law enforcement skills competition officially opened, 44 players will pass the theoretical examination and on-site assessment two links, compete for the winning awards, the first winner of the competition will be awarded the Nanjing may 1 Labor Medal. Agricultural administrative law enforcement includes agricultural products, animal health supervision, agricultural machinery, agricultural resources, fishery and other law enforcement fields, mainly for the compliance of agricultural inputs such as seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, etc.; the authenticity and effectiveness of livestock and poultry vaccines; the potential safety hazards of agricultural machinery; and the law enforcement inspection of illegal fishing. There are three stages in the competition, i.e. the first stage of division level, the second stage of city level and the final stage. Finally, 44 players are promoted to the second stage. Tong Chen, a contestant from Pukou District, introduced that the second round is a theoretical test involving various theoretical knowledge; the final is a simulation of on-site law enforcement, which tests the contestant's on-site law enforcement ability. Huang Mingxue, the referee of the competition, introduced that the competition highlighted the field training, moved the agricultural materials business shop into the assessment site, simulated the whole process of agricultural law enforcement from the aspects of law enforcement procedures, investigation and evidence collection, and document production, and comprehensively assessed the actual combat ability level of law enforcement personnel. This skill competition is jointly sponsored by the Municipal Federation of trade unions, the municipal human resources and Social Security Bureau, the Communist Youth League Municipal Committee and the municipal agricultural and rural Bureau.
