UAE plans to invest in Cambodian oil
Mubadala, one of the largest oil and gas companies in the UAE, said it was interested in investing in Cambodian oil fields. The CEO of Mubadala oil company (first from left) visited the Secretary of state of the Ministry of mines and energy. On December 11, the Secretary of state of the Ministry of mines and energy, Meng sakthaara, met with the ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Cambodia and mazinal lamki, the CEO of Mubadala oil company. A spokesman for the Ministry of mines and energy said the company plans to invest in the Cambodian oil industry, including exploration and the establishment of refineries. In response, Mon saktara welcomed the company's investment in Cambodia. Currently, Kris energy of Singapore is exploring and developing the Xiannv oil field, and plans to start producing oil in the first half of 2020. Chris energy signed an oil development agreement with the government in 2017, but the development was slow, and was exposed to a debt of $500 million. However, the government said the company's debt problems would not affect Cambodia's oil production. The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is known for its oil production. Its capital is Abu Dhabi and its largest city is Dubai. Mubadala oil company is a state-owned oil and gas company of the United Arab Emirates, established in 2012. In recent years, Mubadala oil company has expanded rapidly in Southeast Asia, becoming the second largest crude oil operator in the Gulf of Thailand, and has oil and gas field projects in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. Mubada investment company, the parent company of mubada Dala oil company, has previously invested in didi travel, second-hand cars of melon seeds, Shangtang technology and other companies in China.
