This product is suitable for use in combination with other anti-tuberculosis drugs to treat various types of tuberculosis in adults and children, and can also be used as a preventive drug during surgical operations.

For anti-tuberculosis, take orally, 0.2-0.4g for adults, 3-4 times a day, 20-30mg per kg of body weight per day for children, divided into 3-4 doses. For anti-leprosy, take 0.6g once a day, take for 6 consecutive days, stop for one day, one course of treatment is 6 months.

May cause gastrointestinal reactions: nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, diarrhea. Anemia, eosinophilia, leukopenia. May cause liver damage, angioneurotic edema, rhinitis, drug fever. Individual cases have asthma, peripheral neuritis, headache, optic neuritis, visual impairment, pancreatitis, sexual dysfunction (or decreased libido), and menstrual delay. Nervous system reactions, headache, insomnia, fatigue, numbness of the skin around the mouth, face and limbs, rash, systemic lupus erythematosus-like reaction, exfoliative dermatitis and even death. May cause hyperuricemia and acute rhabdomyolysis.
