Properties: DL- alanine is colorless or white, odorless acicular crystalline powder, 5% of water solution pH value 5.5~7.0. Chemically stable, soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol. Insoluble in ether.
DL- alanine use: nutritional supplements. It is also used in seasoning, which is mainly used to enhance the flavoring effect of chemical seasoning, improve the taste of artificial sweeteners, improve the acidity of organic acids, and be used as flavoring agents for synthetic sake and cool drinks.
