    performance:RXX scorch inhibitorCTP(PVI) is white or light yellow crystal. Soluble in benzene, ethyl acetate, slightly soluble in gasoline, insoluble in kerosene and water.

    Purpose:CTPis mainly used for natural rubber and synthetic rubber, which can delay the initial vulcanization of natural rubber and diene synthetic rubber and improve the processing safety, but has little effect on the vulcanization speed and vulcanized rubber properties. Can be combined with acceleratorNS,M,DM,CBSand effective or semi-effective vulcanization system are used to improve the properties of the compound. There are no adverse side effects such as foaming and pollution. Especially when combined with sulfonic amide accelerators, it forms a good vulcanization system. It can significantly improve the storage stability of the compound and prevent spontaneous combustion and vulcanization during storage. Compared with the previous anti-scorch agent, the effect is good, the dosage is small, usually the dosage is0.1-0.5copies.
