Description

Hydroxyethyl cellulose is a commonly used cellulose ether organic water-based ink thickener, belongs to water-soluble non-ionic compounds, water has good thickening ability, can be degraded by oxygen, acid and enzyme, under alkaline conditions for Cu2+ crosslinking. It is stable to heat, does not gelatinize when heating, does not precipitate in acidic condition, and has good film forming property. Its aqueous solution can be made into a transparent film, which can be formed by the action of alkaline cellulose and ethylene oxide, with thickening, emulsification, adhesion, suspension, film forming, water retention and colloid protection properties. The role of thickener in water-based ink is thickening. Adding thickener can improve the physicochemical stability of oil ink. Due to the increase of viscosity, the rheological property of ink can be controlled during printing. Make ink pigment and filling material is not easy to precipitate, increase the storage stability of water-based ink. The thickening agent is cellulose and/or polyvinyl alcohol. Cellulose substances can be methyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, hydroxymethyl cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose in one or several; Polyvinyl alcohol substances can be polyethylene 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1600, 2000, 4000, 6000 in one or several.

Factory Supply Hydroxyethyl Cellulose HEC CAS 9004-62-0 Industral Grade 1. This product is used for fracturing oil water-based gel fracturing fluid, polystyrene and polyvinyl chloride polymerization dispersant.
2. It can also be used as emulsion thickening agent in paint industry, humidity sensitive resistor in electronics industry, cement coagulant and moisture retention agent in construction industry.
3. Glaze and toothpaste adhesive for ceramic industry. It is also widely used in printing and dyeing, textile, papermaking, medicine, health, food, cigarettes, pesticides and fire extinguishing agents.
4. Used as thickener and fluid loss reducer for water-based drilling fluid and completion fluid, it has obvious thickening effect in brine drilling fluid. It can also be used as fluid loss reducer for oil well cement. It can be crosslinked with polyvalent metal ions to form gels.
5. Used as surfactant, colloidal protective agent, vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate and other emulsion emulsifying stabilizer, as well as latex thickening agent, dispersant, dispersion stabilizer, etc.
6. Widely used in coating, fiber, dyeing, papermaking, cosmetics, medicine, pesticides and other aspects. It also has many uses in oil extraction and machinery industry.
7. Use as surfactant, latex thickening agent, colloidal protective agent, oil mining fracturing fluid and polystyrene and polyvinyl chloride dispersant and other uses of hydroxyethyl cellulose in drug solid, liquid preparations with surface activity, thickening, suspension, bonding, emulsification, film formation, dispersion, water retention and provide protection.
