Physical and chemical properties	Description of properties: white crystal. The melting point is 125-126.5 ℃, and the vapor pressure at 20 ℃ is less than 1.33mPa. Dissolve 1200ppm in water at 20 ℃, 190g/L in ethanol, 450g/L in methanol and 130g/L in toluene. Production method: Dissolve thiocarbonyl hydrazide hydrochloride in dimethyl sulfoxide, react with 2-tert-butyl imino -3,3 dimethyl butyronitrile for 1h, cool to 20 ℃, inject ice water, stir for 1h, and recrystallize with ethanol to obtain 3-thio -4-amino -5-imino -6-tert-butyl -1,2,4-triazine (melting point 181 ℃). It is reacted with ethanol; The acid is at 100 ℃ for 2h, cooled to 20 ℃, the crystals are separated, filtered and dried to obtain 3-thio -4-amino -6-tert-butyl -1,2,4-triazine -5-one (melting point 215-217 ℃). Finally, in the mixture of sodium hydroxide and methanol, iodine methane is added at 0 ℃, and the reaction is stirred at 20 ℃ for 4h. The product is crystallized; filtered; dried to obtain profezin. Uses: selective absorption conduction herbicide, can be used in soybean; potato; tomato; alfalfa; peas; carrot; sugar cane; bamboo shoots; pineapple and other places, control a variety of broad-leaved weeds and grass weeds.
