Description

Lubricant Grade PTFE Micropowder

Lubricant grade PTFE micropowder could improve the lubrication performance of lubricating oil and grease under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions.

Even if the base oil lost, PTFE micropowder can also work as dry lubricant and self-lubricant function. It usually be applied in silicone oil, mineral oil or paraffin oil to improve it’s viscosity. Please adjust the proportion of PTFE micropowder according to base oil viscosity, lubricant products’consistency request and it’s application, appending proportion of 5%~30% normally suggested (mass fraction).
