Sodium Dithionite (also known as Sodium Hydrosulfite, CAS:7775-14-6,EINECS:231-890-0, HS Code:28311000, molecular formula Na₂S₂O₄, MW:174.11) is a white crystalline powder with strong reducing properties. It is produced by advanced chemical synthesis using zinc powder or sodium formate with sulfur dioxide. This product is soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, and decomposes in hot water. Packaging & Storage
Standard packaging: 25kg/50kg iron drums lined with double-layer polyethylene bags (double sealed). 1000kg bulk bags available for large orders. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse at 2-30°C. Keep tightly sealed, away from moisture, heat sources, open flames, oxidants and acids.
