PE-22-28  is a synthetic heptapeptide (sequence: GVSWGLR) and potent TREK-1 potassium channel antagonist. A white lyophilized powder with ≥98% purity (HPLC). It enhances neuronal excitability, promotes neurogenesis, and exerts neuroprotective effects in ischemia and depression models. Soluble in water; stable at -20°C.
