Methods of Manufacturing

Using benzoxanthone and 1-aminoanthraquinone as raw materials, first bromide benzoxanthone to obtain dibromoanthrone (I), then diazotize 1-aminoanthrone, reduce and close the ring to obtain pyrazolanthone (II); Then (I) and (II) are condensed for the first time, and then condensed with 1-aminoanthraquinone for the second time, and the product is obtained by ring closure under basic conditions. After neutralization, filtration, mixing with additives, and drying, the finished product is obtained.

Uses

Mainly used for dyeing and printing cotton fiber and its textiles. It can also be used for the dyeing of viscose fiber, silk, and cotton blended fabrics. The dyeing method can be roll and dip dyeing. Its fine powder commercial dyes are suitable for suspension pad dyeing. The color of the printed and dyed fabrics of this product is basically unchanged after finishing with cyanaldehyde and BHES resin; after finishing with trimethyltrimethylolmelamine or DMEU resin, the color light is blue compared to the original one; after finishing with 2D resin, the color light turns slightly red .
